When we slow down, breathe, and fill our own cups, we can create massive shifts for ourselves and everyone around us. Our kids. Our families. Our colleagues. Our entire communities. Dare I say the whole wide world. It’s a ripple effect, baby!
Things that fill my cup: handwritten letters, road trips, daily MHW (mental health walks), local coffeeshops, the ocean, family dinners, The Beatles, good cheese, and laugh-until-you-cry girls nights.

Founder & Mama Bird
Rachel is a Mom, Certified Yoga Teacher, SEL (Social Emotional Learning) Facilitator, and Creator of the Spark Your Bliss affirmation deck and “Mindful & Magical Me” Kids Inspiration Deck. She’s also an avid writer and is currently working on publishing her first picture book!
Rachel specializes in mindful movement for kids and their grownups, believing that ‘healthy’ is about how you fuel your mind, body & soul. Her trainings include 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training & SEL Certification (Breathe for Change), Kids Yoga Teacher Training, Children’s Yoga Anatomy Training, and Baby Bean Yoga Training (Yogi Beans), Calm Your Classroom Mindfulness Training for Educators (Kira Willey), and Health Coach Training Program (Institute for Integrative Nutrition).
