Healthy Tip Of the Day: Just Breathe

Upon rising, lay in bed for another 5 to 10 minutes to simply breathe. Close your eyes and try to put all negative thoughts behind you in order to make the most out of the new day. Then, for ultra relaxation, go into the yoga move known as child’s pose for up to a minute.
