This morning we had banana pancakes for breakfast up here in our cozy New Hampshire Condo. Everyone in the family conveniently brought about a dozen bananas each, so clearly we had to do something about the excessive bananas. Banana pancakes was the absolute perfect solution: they were moist, fluffy and absolutely decadent. As I’m sitting here sipping on my Baccio (Chocolate & Hazelnut flavored) black coffee and nibbling on banana pancakes, Jack Johnson’s hit song naturally came to mind.
Enjoy your Sunday ladies, and remember to allow yourself to sleep in a little longer today…relax a little more…and just simply enjoy the day!
