Hump Day Lesson of the Day and a Tasty Post-Workout Snack!

What Ya Need:
-1/2 c. cottage cheese
-1 mandarin orange, broken into segments
-5 raw almonds
-dash of cinnamon
Layer together in a small bowl and enjoy!
