Healthy ChickLit: How Do I FEEL?

Do you ever obsess over numbers and hours, in turn forgetting about YOU? I used to weigh myself every day and not feel “worthy” unless I sweat it out for 2 hours at the gym. Now instead, I ask myself “What makes me FEEL my ultimate best?” “What makes me shine?”

  1. YES!! I try to do this, TRY…but I still sometimes fall back into the old habit of equating feeling good to how my last workout felt. When really, it’s much bigger than that and I need to remember and honor that. Thank you for this reminder!!

  2. @Jess It’s a tough habit to kick…but once you train your mind to do so and begin to focus on the emotional part of it all, things start to fall into place! And I totally agree that it’s much bigger than that – – exercise, wellbeing, spirituality, career, finances, eating well = all connected!
